In this video by PC World, it shows you how to save money
on printing by doing the following.
Print in Draft or Gray scale mode.The video
shows how to set up draft mode. Using this in default mode,
one can save ink when printing. For convenience, other setting
can be preset for the same printer without disturbing the
default setting. These settings exist as virtual printers.
Hence one merely just select the required setting depending
on the printing job.
Print multiple pages per page or use duplex printing.
To save ink and paper, multiple pages of the document
can be printed onto a piece of paper. In high end printers,
duplex printing can be used where the front and back page
is printed.
